Guarantee

We are giving a 30 Days GUARANTEE on every pair of Undergram Undies purchase from our Official Store! In the event there's any defects of the Undies within this 30 Days Guarantee period, email us: sales@undergram.co with pictures and description of the defects, we will send a replacement pair for you.

Refund
We only accept refunds for defective or unopened products within 30 days after you've receive your order. Customers will have to bear the costs of return (shipping, postage, etc.) for any refund request. 

Human Error

In the event that you've receive wrong size / color that you've purchase, feel free to email us at sales@undergram.co with pictures of the wrong item receive , we are more than happy to exchange for you.

Exchange
We only accept returns for unopened items (due to sanitary reasons) within 30-days of receiving your order. For purchases of more than 1 undies, the remaining undies must be in unopened conditions upon return. Buyer will have to bear the shipping cost for exchange.

Besides, all returned/refunded/exchange products must required to comply with the terms and conditions:

• Items must be returned in the original packaging with tags still intact (remain sealed).
• Items must be in their original condition; not soiled, washed, altered, or worn, and only applicable if 1 pair from the total  orders is opened, while the rest remain unopened/sealed upon return (due to sanitary reasons)
• Customers will need to bear the costs of return (shipping, postage, etc.) for any refund request.

UNDERGRAM reserves the right to reject any refund/exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with any of the stated terms and conditions.
